I have the right to retain screenshots of the commission conversation as a protective system in the case of slanderous remarks. I expect the commissioner to be truthful in their age for NSFW commissions. Using an age gate system lessened my liability if a minor intentional is dishonest to receive age inappropriate artwork. By proceeding with this commission, it is a legal binding agreement that you agree to my terms and will accept the enforced penalties if you fail to follow through. Penalties include: cancellations, the potential of no refund, black listing, and an artists beware post. The refusal of refunds is applicable if the commission experience is incredibly deplorable due to your behavior. Understand that I am a human first, and artist second. I have the right to refuse to work with anyone who talks down to me, treats me poorly, makes me uncomfortable, or sexualizes or objectifies me. If I choose to take a penalizing action, I will send a courtesy message explaining what lead to the cancellation and any other action. As a protective measure I will screenshot evidence and the courtesy message to justify slander.}
